Collaboration with TGLP

The collaboration with TGLP is not exactly new, in fact it started almost 10 years ago but under different company titles and in a different geographical area (UK). Meet one of UK's most gifted leadership and personnel development professionals.

Facilitation and dealing with leadership and management issues is not exactly a favorite pasttime of many but Mr John Green (Nottingham, UK) finds it a stroll. "Nothing could be more interesting" he says.

TGLP (The Green Light Partnership) is John's company for several years. Well known in the UK and around the globe amonng certain industries for facilitation. Over last few years John has given numerous workshops on strategic issues and planning to companies like Exxon Mobile, Henley Management College and others.

So why collaboration with Advanced? As we mentioned it is not exactly a new thing - but China and Far-East pose a new challenge with Asian professionals emerging as a new kind of generation with an outlook combining often eastern philosophies and western management. Advanced simply has given an access to a market which would be extremely difficult to penetrate from as far as UK.

The plans? If it would be up to John, nothing less than conquering the world would do. At Advanced we keep it more local and aim to serve with management professionals in Asia; workshops will be held in different Asian regions mainly emphasizing Hong Kong, Mainland China and Korea.
